Written by themanbehindtheglassMay 5, 2017 Cityscape Cityscape In a city Day driven by time or hand out for the green Walking out and about Inside hiding from crime But there are seven sins and i’m sure not perfect With a few belts of gin and the scars of an addict Out my grubby window I see the people wandering And in my mind I talk to them I ask what talent are they squandering But I’m an advocate To this sort of life The ‘city inhabitant’ Part of something bigger than myself.
